ANNUAL MEETING- The Twenty Ninth Annual Meeting of the Mountain View Home Owners Association is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9th at 7:30pm at the Tredyffrin Township Municipal Building on Duportail Road in Wayne. Come meet your neighbors and your Board! there will be a Community Update, Board election for 2 Board Seats, Refreshments, and a Raffle for Door Prizes!

DRYER VENT CLEANING- Information concerning the biannual mandatory cleaning of dryer vents is available for viewing under "Condo Docs & Forms" tab- scroll to the bottom, under Architectural and Mechanical- you'll find the link. Please schedule the work as soon as possible and remember it is less expensive you you schedule the work with another unit owner. If you can not find someone else to partner up with, please contact Cardinal Real Estate-we will make sure you are teamed up.
2013 APPROVED BUDGET- the 2013 Budget is available for viewing under "Financial Documents" tab- scroll down to Budgets. Of note, the monthly assessments remained at $175/month.
HVAC Contractor and Price List- the Spreadsheet containing contractors who will repair or replace HVAC units (and the associated costs as quoted to us by unit owners) is now posted under "Condo Docs & Forms" tab- scroll to the bottom, under Architectural and Mechanical -you'll find the list.
HVAC Check- Unit owners, please make sure your HVAC systems are functioning properly. We have had at least 2 reported leaks this summer where HVAC systems have overflowed and damaged property of units below. As per Resolution # 6, ALL Units are required to provide the Association proof that they have had their condensate lines cleaned by May15 of each year.
ANY CLAIM resulting from a failure to comply with the terms of the resolution shall result in a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500.
Please be considerate to your neighbors and check your condensate line today to make sure it is still functioning properly and clear of any build-up or debris.
